It was no intention to make here agaaain lightnings in the background xD It was planned, but it was also planned to submit my last work (which also includes lightnings xD) a month ago, sooo.. lol
It should symbolize here not the place where falcos mission happens, but rather Hikari in the form of her electric element. So you can see Hikari in the scarf and background, what intensifies the title and meaning of the whole picture
